At Carpet Underlay Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have over-ordered or changed your mind, you can return any unopened and undamaged rolls within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

    Pack Your Items

    Ensure all underlay rolls or accessories are in their original, unopened packaging and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Arrange Transportation

    Ship the items back to our warehouse using your preferred courier; we recommend using a tracked service as the cost of return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • 4.
    Quality Check and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
